This video has a bit of everything. As you can tell from the title, this video will challenge most aspects of your yoga practice. In this video you will:
— challenge your balance in poses like half moon, twisted triangle
— work out your core/abs
— work on headstand or headstand prep
— get a good workout that will leave you feeling great
