Best Exercises for a Stability Ball
Stability and exercise balls, are also called Swiss balls, yoga balls, Pilates balls, balance balls and physic balls. These were made to aid physical therapy patients with their recoveries. In this video, I wanted to use an exercise ball to show you guys just how many helpful workouts you can do with them. Throughout the video you will see me doing exercises you might not have seen previously, but don’t be intimidated! I integrated a bunch of beginner exercises along with some advanced to give you guys a challenge! Working out with this type of prop can definitely help you achieve better all-around balance for your body! Enjoy and thank you for watching!

•Recommended Sets/Reps For All Exercises
BEGINNERS: 1-3 SETS of 6-10 EACH
ADVANCED: 4-5 SETS of 12-20
•Recommended Time For Every “Holds” Exercise
BEGINNERS: 5-10 SECONDS
ADVANCED: 15-30 SECONDS
