Hey Heres how to do yoga for fat burning. I love doing yoga to lose weight. tone up and become a lot more flexible. In this video Cat, Carly Rowena and yself are going to show you some fast yoga moves in a routine that you can do which will burn fat, get you sweating and help you stretch and become more flexible.

This yoga routine could be done over and over again to really get the most out of the workout.

Cat is not a trained profession she has been doing yoga for about 2 years and thats why I thought she would be perfect to do this video with.

Always drink plenty of water and dont over stretch yoga should a comfitable stretch so not to injure yourself. I love yoga because its for any age and is great if you dont like jumping about.
