As a general rule, the exercise ball should be large enough so that when you sit on it, your knees bend at a 90 degree angle. The 65 centimeter ball is recommended for people who are 5 feet, 6 inches to 6 feet tall and the suggested weight limit is 300 pounds. The ball is not recommended for use with weight training routines.
