I’m so glad that you came back on day three!! The first days are usually the hardest to do. After a little while your body will be craving more yoga! If you do happen to miss a day, don’t worry about it! Be kind to yourself and come back to your practice as soon as you can. As always, pay attention to your body, stop if you experience any pain and rest whenever you need to rest. Enjoy the moment and enjoy the process of the practice!
