Yoga on the Farm Poses
In honor of the heritage of our farms today we are doing poses representing the animals found on farms. Many yoga poses are named after animals because of the their ease and grace of movement, something humans constantly strive for. i have two assistants helping to demonstrate today, my grandchildren. Please enjoy! Bring your (grand)children along and join us in celebrating our farms. Namaste.
