Welcome, Friends! I hope you enjoy this short interview about what it means for me to be a “Christian Yogi.”

I’m not a huge fan of labels (life is so much more interesting than that!) But I’ve chosen to embrace this label of “Christian Yogi” to help be a bridge between two communities that mean so much to me.

What is a Christian Yogi?
Anyone who practices yoga on and off their mat and finds their ultimate faith in the beauty and mystery of Christ.

“Every time I come to my mat my desire is to receive the Holy Spirit and abide in God’s love.”
