In today’s class, we will start to build YOUR YOGA BODY.
Now, don’t jump to conclusions, I’m not insinuating a rapid weight loss gimmick or an instant booty toner (although that would be nice).
Instead, I’m referring to your STRENGTH.
Yoga, when practiced consistently and correctly, will produce a stronger, leaner, more toned body. I promise it, I swear it, I believe in it.
To start building your yoga body, we’ll start to prep for the most commonly practiced yoga sequence – a sun salutation.
Just like yesterday, unroll that mat, put on some comfortable yoga gear (unless you prefer naked yoga), turn down the distractions, and let’s get started.
