Yoga is a life time practice, so if something does not happen today, that`s OK! it will, with dedication and consistent practice.

Try comeback to your mat every day, at least for 10-20 min.
You will get much more benefits of practicing a little bit of yoga every day, than lots of yoga once in a while.

! Always make adjustments as needed and listen to your body, do whatever you can do then repeat again!
