My preferred style of yoga is a combination of traditional yoga, vinyasa yoga and bodyweight fussion exercises which can save time, build muscle, increase cardiovascular capacity and flexibility while saving time and preventing from injuries. That being said I think ashtanga is a beautiful and involved style of yoga and as long as one is careful and checks their ego at the door they can enjoy the benefits from it.

At some High Schools teenagers are not allowed to wear yoga pants due to the administration believing they are too revealing. Come on people, they cover up more than most clothing a lot of people wear, why give grief to this specific outfit type?

As you may know, yoga pants are used in the sport of Yoga, it’s an exercise or workout a lot of people do regularly to keep in touch with their inner selves and promotes health for a lot of adults, teenagers etc.

Long story short, yoga pants should be worn by whoever wants to wear them, big or small. They don’t expose any private areas and cover more skin than most fitness outfits on girls so? Let it go?
